The little mare likes the looser girth
Hope you are back in the saddle and enjoying the summer.
I continue to love the saddle and have added a chest band, as I found I can have a looser girth and go up and down hills without sliding back. The little mare likes the looser girth and I love a saddle that is not sliding side to side constantly.
I am headed to the Rockies this week with Anchor D Guiding who are just west of Turner Valley, pretty close to Millarville, but don’t think I will be close enough to thank Allen and Sue Hicks personally for their fine craftsmanship of saddle making. I will send an email.
