Easy Fit Saddles wants you and your horse to be happy with our products and our service. The research and development we have performed ensure our ability to build a saddle system and customization fit that provides satisfaction for you both. Our team is available to serve you if you have custom fitting questions or concerns.

All of our saddles are handcrafted by Master Saddlers, built on our in-house custom trees. We utilize only the best quality-tanned leather from tanneries in North America. Leather is a natural product, each hide comes with its own unique scrapes, insect bites, brands and scars. These blemishes can become more prominent after oiling and more evident on some colours than others. Scars are individual “birthmarks”, making every saddle very special and unique. Each hide is different, they absorb dye differently. All veg-tanned leather will likely darken over time due to oiling, use, and exposure to the sun.

The delivery time on your saddle is usually 3 to 4 months. Delays in Customs Inspection offices when shipping internationally can easily extend the delivery time you may wait for your saddle. This cannot always be foreseen and is simply out of our control.


To put your saddle on our build list, a $1500 non-refundable deposit is required. Once built, full payment is required for any saddle or other products before we will ship the item(s). 


Any saddle & or any other product order may be cancelled by you at no charge within 48 hours of order. If the saddle & or any other product have shipped already, you, the customer, are responsible for round trip shipping costs. The cancelled items must be returned to EFS prior to receiving the refund. Saddle deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of the order if you change your mind. An in-store credit or exchange for alternative saddles may be available.

After expiration of 48 hours, custom saddle and or other custom items orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Each custom saddle we build has a tree unique to your horse’s measurements. The style, size, color, conchos and tooling are all unique to your specifications. These items are built specifically for you and your horse so we cannot accept returns. Please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to address your concerns.


You understand that, upon receipt of the saddle or any other product, it will be subject to your inspection and approval. It is your responsibility to inform us and report about damaged, defective items or incorrect shipping within 7 days after you have received our shipment to qualify for a refund, exchange or in-store credit. If you wish to return an
(A) defective accessory or
(B) an accessory that does not match your order, please send us an email within 48 hrs to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Easy Fit Saddles will take care of round trip shipping for (A) and (B). For your protection, we encourage you to send your approved return prepaid via DHL or Canada Post utilizing our instructions and/or emailed label. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. Easy Fit Saddles is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.


Easy Fit Saddles reserves the right to correct the problem, repair material defects or replace a saddle or accessories. All repairs must be performed by Easy Fit Saddles’ approved craftspeople unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The saddle is qualified for a return and full-value money refund, exchange or in-store credit if any of the following apply:

  • Easy Fit Saddles determines saddle cannot be repaired
  • Easy Fit Saddles fails to deliver design features that were part of your order.

If your saddle qualifies for return/refund/exchange or in-store credit, the saddle must be returned in its original condition and box; including all parts and packaging. Call us at 1-403-816-5251 to obtain shipping instructions. When qualifying for a refund, you will be credited once your return is processed.

NOTE: Easy Fit Saddles does not accept returns for the following reasons: 

  • Each custom saddle we build has a tree unique to your horse’s measurements. The style, size, colour, conchos and tooling are all unique to your specifications. These items are built specifically for you and your horse so we cannot accept returns. Please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to address your concerns.
  • Cosmetic objections such as colour variance, leather shades and/or scars.
  • Change of mind re Saddle Model, Style (tooling, colour, hardware etc.), seat size and/or fender length. In case you need assistance to determine any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact us at www.easyfitsaddles.com. We are happy to help you make the right decision for you and your horse by giving a suggestion based on our long term experience, though you understand that final purchasing decision is your responsibility. 
  • In rare cases, Easy Fit Saddles offers purchase opportunities for demo and/or in-stock saddles. If you are offered the purchase of a demo/in-stock saddle, you understand those saddles are sold “as is” and are not returnable/refundable.
  • In general, we do not offer refunds or returns on used items that may be offered for purchase, though in-store credit may be applied with the prior written approval of Easy Fit Saddles.

Easy Fit Saddles, offers a comprehensive Warranty on all of our saddles, INCLUDING previously ridden / in-stock saddles for sale. Specific saddle models have some specific detail differences. Easy Fit Saddles´ Warranty is pledged to the original owner of the saddle and not transferable. The Warranty will be voided if the saddle is not purchased through www.Easyfitsaddles.com or one of its associates directly.


I agree that my order is correct and meets with my specifications. By placing an order, you state that you have read the Buyers Agreement and agree to the terms.

Horse activities are inherently dangerous.

Easy Fit Saddles and it´s manufacturers, distributors and sellers will not accept any responsibilities for injury, death, damage, lameness or illness resulting from humans and/or horses from the use or misuse of Saddles & Saddle Accessories offered by Easy Fit Saddles.


We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel (3 to 5 business days in Canada). International we use DHL air. For all other shipping methods please contact us for availability and pricing. 

Returning a Saddle: When shipping a saddle there are a few things you can do to ensure it gets there safely and undamaged: Bubble wrap works best within a double wall or extra heavy cardboard box. Stirrups tied in the gullet area will keep them from bouncing around and rubbing any leather. The horn should be rolled up in bubble wrap so the weight of the saddle can be supported by the bubble wrap. Multiple layers of bubble wrap around the entire saddle are required for protection. After you have the saddle in the box, fill in any void areas with additional packing.

Easy Fit Saddles are handcrafted utilizing our revolutionary custom fit trees. They are fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the original purchase date from Easy Fit Saddles and valid only to the new saddle owner (non-transferable).

Warranties are only valid when the saddle has been used in accordance with the particular model's intended purpose. Things that may also affect your warranty are incorrect storage and or improper care. Any saddle presented for warranty replacement/repair will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine the cause/origin of the fault in question. Easy Fit Saddles has, at its sole discretion, the option to repair defects or to replace the saddle as we deem fit. Shipping costs (or any taxes) to and from the factory for repairs, not included unless a fault has been claimed by Easy Fit Saddles in which case shipping costs will be refunded/paid.

Easy Fit Saddles are known for their rugged durability and beauty as well as their unique function. However, the 5- year Guarantee does not cover service parts attached such as tie-strings, latigos, rear rigging billets, cinch, fenders, hobble straps, stirrups, conchos, seat covering, underside fleece, suede or felt due to the variable amounts of wear and tear that stress these items during use.

If applicable to your saddle model, all leather saddle body parts including seat, jockeys and skirts will be warrantied for 2 years if used in accordance with care/storage instructions. Responsible care of your saddle and all attached parts will assure many years of fine service beyond the warranty expiration date.

*If your saddle contains NON LEATHER components, we will warranty these items also for a period of 2 years.

Customers who want to return any EFS or merchandise are asked to contact us prior to sending the item to our warehouse. We will issue to the customer a return of merchandise authorization (RMA). This lets us know how to handle and process the returned item. Please be certain to include your RMA number on the outside of your package to us, as well as included within your order.

To put your saddle on our build list, a $1500 non-refundable deposit is required.
Once built, full payment is required for any saddle or accessories before we will ship the item(s).

Placing an Order

Orders for custom-made goods may be placed through the Easy Fit Saddles website order form or a print copy of the same.  A copy of the form will be finalized describing your custom goods and an invoice prepared to itemize your costs.

An $1500 non-refundable down payment is required to be placed on the saddle build list. The aforementioned order form will constitute a binding contract between Easy Fit Saddles Inc. and the purchaser. The $1500.00 down payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your order, your deposit may be applied to in-store credit. The purpose of this down payment is to secure the intent of purchase on the part of the customer and to bind the agreement between Easy Fit Saddles Inc. and the customer. Failure on the part of the purchaser to complete payment for contracted goods within three months of the completion of such shall result in the forfeiture of the initial down payment. This contract shall be considered fulfilled upon exchange of said goods for the final payment of the same.

At the time of down payment, the price for said custom goods is to be considered by both parties as set and finalized, and as such, changes in the marketplace affecting the cost of materials, which transpires between the beginning of this contract and the completion of the same, will not affect this agreed-upon purchase price.  

Once an order has been submitted and the deposit paid, the customer’s order will be placed on the build list. Once on the build list, it will take 3 – 4 months for the order to be filled. Constraints that affect the manufacturing workflow of Easy Fit Saddles Inc. such as a delay in acquiring materials may affect the manufacturing timeline.  Work may not begin immediately upon receipt of down payment. Work is begun in the order that it is received and when materials are in hand. Any delay imposed by the purchaser, for any reason, of three months or more during this process may result in a breach of contract and forfeiture of down payment.

Payment can be made with cash, personal cheque, e-transfer or money order.  The final payment by cheque must clear at the bank before shipment is made. Any shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. All prices quoted on the website are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice.

When you contact Easy Fit Saddles we may collect personal data from you. This data may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transaction data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

By default, our web program does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some plugins may collect personal data through the following means:

  • Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • Contact forms

Personal data is captured when you submit a contact form. This information is kept for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes.

  • Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

  • Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  •         Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  •         Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
  •         Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
  • What we share with others

We may also share data with analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.

  • How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. We retain your data indefinitely so that we can help service and support your purchases in the future. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

  • What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
