Shipments are sent by Canada Post within Canada. If shipping insurance is required, please get in touch with us so we can discuss options and any additional costs. The customer covers shipping and insurance costs. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders are generally shipped within two business days of receiving cleared funds. We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within 3-10 days. Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number via your supplied email address, and you can then track your order via Canada Post.
Placing an order for new custom goods
Bespoke goods may be ordered through the Easy Fit Saddles website order form or a print copy. A copy of the form will be finalized describing your custom goods, and an invoice will be prepared to itemize your costs.
A $2500 non-refundable down payment must be placed on the saddle build list. The aforementioned order form will constitute a binding contract between Easy Fit Saddles Inc. and the purchaser. The $2500.00 down payment is non-refundable. Your deposit may be applied to in-store credit if you cancel your order. The purpose of this down payment is to secure the intent of purchase on the part of the customer and to bind the agreement between Easy Fit Saddles Inc. and the customer. Failure on the part of the purchaser to complete payment for contracted goods within three months of the completion of such shall result in the forfeiture of the initial down payment. This contract shall be considered fulfilled upon exchanging said goods for the final payment.
At the time of the down payment, the price for said custom goods is to be considered by both parties as a set and finalized, and as such, changes in the marketplace affect the cost of materials, which transpires between the beginning of this contract and the completion of the same, will not affect this agreed-upon purchase price.
Once an order has been submitted and the deposit paid, the customer’s order will be placed on the build list. Once on the build list, it will take 3 – 4 months for the order to be filled. Constraints that affect the manufacturing workflow of Easy Fit Saddles Inc., such as a delay in acquiring materials, may affect the manufacturing timeline. Work may not begin immediately upon receipt of the down payment. Work is begun in the order that it is received and when materials are in hand. Any delay imposed by the purchaser for three months or more during this process may result in a breach of contract and forfeiture of the down payment.
Payment can be made with cash, cheque, e-transfer or money order. The final payment by cheque must clear at the bank before shipment is made. Any shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. All prices quoted on the website are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice. We have a USA bank account.
Cancellation of Custom Orders by Easy Fit Saddles
Customers who Cancelled Custom Orders will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee.
Easy Fit Saddles may cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.
Should a product be missing from an order, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will investigate accordingly.
USED IN-STOCK SADDLES:
Used In-stock Saddles should be returned no later than ten days after receipt and may be returned for Saddle Credit only. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply. Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our Saddles are handmade with the finest materials and are priced to sell at the most competitive cost. Once a saddle is ridden, it can no longer be re-sold as new. Please know your Seat Size and Fit before ordering; we can not be liable for misinformation.

Warranty and Guarantee
All products are guaranteed as to workmanship and materials with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty starts the day Saddle is received or printed on the original receipt.
The items purchased from Easy Fit Saddles Inc. are considered to be an investment of trust on the part of the purchaser as such only high-quality materials and manufacturing practices will go into the goods produced.
Returns will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Easy Fit Saddles Inc.
If alterations should be called for, they will be made at the lowest possible cost to the customer when any charge whatsoever is necessary.
After delivery, there is a 21-day trial period for a new custom saddle. During the trial period, if any adjustments need to be made, the customer is 100% covered. Suppose you are not completely satisfied with your custom saddle at any time within the 21-day trial period. You may request a refund minus a 10% restocking/refitting fee, less the $1000.00 deposit and shipping costs. (Restocking/refitting fee does not apply to discounted saddles that are not fit to 3D back profiling.)
We will offer a refund only if we cannot replace defective goods. Items must be returned in unused/original condition.

LEGAL LIABILITY POLICY
Easy Fit Saddles and all known associates are NOT responsible for any accident or injury to persons, property, or livestock. Easy Fit Saddles, including second-hand purchasers, agrees to hold Easy Fit Saddles and all other associates harmless.
We collect a range of information from our customers directly related to them and the products they choose. The personal information we collect may include name, contact details, location, and demographic information like gender, age, relationship status, products they are interested in, and what they buy.
As much as possible, we collect information directly from our customers. We do this in several ways, including when they: provide us with personal information over the phone or through personal mobile computing devices, like smartphones and tablets; fill out forms; or submit personal details through our website.
